Yo,

no worry , this time i will specially look after all the 'well-built' drivers around during the TAC qualifying rounds.

Andrew,

Side track a little..

The recently completed Tamiya World Championship Final at Shizuoka City.
They had 5 classes;

1) 4WD Buggy
2) Mini Sports
3) GT Victory = TRF chassis ??
4) GT2400 = TT01 ??
5) GT3700 = TA05 ??

Are my assumptions above correct?

That lead me to.. what are the confirmed classes for next year?
Similar to last year's?

Cant wait for March!

Default Rules & Regulations for 2008

I don't know about others, but I am eager to see the 2008 rules.
Saw this at the Tamiya USA website in regards to this, and I couldn't agree more.

"...for some of you knowing the rules before the end of the year may give you ideas on what to ask for Christmas...."

Can we have a preview of the rules? It surely helps in planning the wishlist from Santa!

Hi LipKeong,

sorry for the late reply , not feeling well since the last race, did not manage to race finish with you.

Just for your information, the below details are for the Tamiya Worlds Championship 2007.

1) 4WD Buggy - DF03 Chassis
2) Mini Sports - Any M-chassis (M-03, M-03L, M-04M, M-03M, M-03R etc.)
3) GT Victory - GT Victory class is open to past Tamiya World Championship participants and Team TRF drivers.
Any Tamiya brand chassis may be used.

4) GT2400 - Features GT racers with resin chassis & Lightly Tuned motor. Corresponds to GT2, Stock and Top-Stock classes.
TB-02, TT01, FF02 and TA05.

5) GT3700 -Features high-speed double-deck chassis GT cars. Corresponds to GT1, 4WGT, Super Stock and Euro-GT classes.
TB-02, TT01, FF02, TA05, TB Evo.III, TB Evo.IV, TB Evo.5, TRF414, TRF415, TRF415MSX, TRF415MSX Marc Rheinard Ed., TRF415MSXX, TRF415MSXX Marc Rheinard Ed. 2007.

As for the classes for 2008 TAC Qualifying in Singapore , confirmed classes would be
1) Stock Touring
2) M Chassis
3) 4WD GT
4) Buggy
5) F103GT (to be decide ,as TAC Finals did not have this class)

Rules and regulations are still at work ,but we are securing venues for indoors carpet races next year.
Not to worry the circuit area will be much larger than Henderson CC.

Will post new updates as soon as it is available.
