I have had no problems with the aluminum pulley that is on the 2 speed shaft.
Make sure the pulley is seated properly, directly over the flatspot on the shaft. Use Loctite on the set screw before screwing it in.
Also make sure you have the aluminum pulley aligned evenly with the 51 tooth solid axle with the rear belt on. If you do not have these properly aligned you will have a much higher chance of destroying the rear belt.
Hope this helps.

Roll more light? This is a matter of perfect material matching and apply ceramic bearings. The mechanical roll will come after some driving

Okey, i will get alu screws and titan screws... maybe the lgc, the light steel axle...
As far as i know the pro belts are doing this very good.. the car rolls reaaally smooth and light

We tested the pro belts, the rear is to long... We only apply them as sidebelt.

Aluminum screw set is by far the best bang for the buck when it comes to lightening the car. Lipo is nice, along with Titanium Pillow Balls.

Aluminum brake pulley is great. I wouldn't run without it! Had problem with stock set-up...set screw backing out & getting jammed between adapter & plastic pulley. What a pain! Set screw is fully visible for inspection on alum unit.
