The arms are different. The new arms can be used on the older car with 2mm of shims but the older arms wont work on the new car. The top decks are different only where the center post mounts. If you don't plan on using the center post then you can use the older top deck.
Front arms are not the same. The '14 items are longer at the pivot pin end, so old wishbones would require an additional 2mm of shims, but will still fit.. BUT.. The new wishbones are also thicker on their leading edge, so the shock mounting point is actually further forward than on the old car, think it's 2mm, hence the new car also having 2mm at the top of the shock in the kit setups.
top decks are different, but if not using the centre post, either will fit.

I'm running the t4 with a few 14 bits fitted, I fitted the wishbones so I can try the plates, no mod needed.

Can you fill in a setup form on Xray's site and post a link here.

Another small change would be to add some front arm sweep (use .5 out inserts in FF).
Bigger change would be go to reduce rear toe (.5 in on RR or .5 out on RF).
If you lose initial steering from any of those, go thicker in front shock oil.
You can also try more front camber or less rear camber.
If that doesn't work, then I haven't learned anything this week!
