Can anyone recommend insurance thats not ROAR?
I am building an offroad track on some of my land and most likely would only have no more than 15 or so people there but I want to look at insurance options just in case somebody were to get hurt or say they did. I don't have any fees as of now but if I purchased insurance I may have to charge like $5 per visit to help absorb the insurance. There will never be any profits here, its just for a place to drive for people. Doubtful to ever be any real organized racing events.

Don't charge anything and don't get insurance.
Just make em sign a waiver.
If they wanna have fun, they'll have no problem signing their name rather than coughing up 5 or 10 bucks.
