For those of us who run on medium/low bite tracks, is there a molded chassis brace that can be used?

I run my battery all the way back. What's wrong with that?

Nothing "wrong" but it will effect wieght balance of the truck and put more weight to the rear. We find with 540 motor middle is best and 550 motor front is best for chassis balance.

No plastic braces for the 2.0 that I am aware of.

Ran my SCTE 2.0 for the first time on dirt (Pegasus Hobbies). It was AWESOME!!! I'm using the older "Dunford Setup", but I like it.

That was his first time on that track with no practice and on the bottom left of the screen there was a small triple that give him fits all day, it was a small tight track(18sec laps) had to gear down to a 13. The truck was fast all day and handled great but with that much power its very easy for him to over drive but he's getting better.

gear down? HA, im running 13 or 14t now...what gear you have esc/motor? I have the Hobbywing SCT Pro and 4000kv motor and it runs about 38mph if i remember right when i threw the gps on it becuz it looked stupid fast and had to know how fast it was running. I hate to go any lower as i know the wheel spin will soon be an effect even with my punch on 1 this gear is pretty snappy...

I'm not familiar with this setup. is it located in the manual? what are the benefits of such shimming?

It depends on the personal preference. I rebuild them after every 3-4 race/practice days. If I run in dusty conditions, I might do it more often though.

Everything pretty much, except for front and rear chassis braces, as the 2.0 are specific to the new chassis. Also, I believe the hop-up battery trays, etc. available for the 1.0 will not work with the 2.0 chassis (but that's a moot point, as the 2.0 one is pretty much the best available at the moment)

Most of the hopups will fit and the front and rear clips are basically the same. Really the 2.0 includes most all of the hopups we ran on the 1.0. There are some 1.0 specific parts like the chassis braces and stuff and the 1.0 carbon towers are different than the 2.0 were we added some shock mounting and some more camber link holes.

Other hopups not included with the kit that I run. Most of them because I can not because they are needed in any way.

LOSA6530: Turnbuckle kit, Titanium: 8B 2.0 (yes these fit the SCTE!)
LOSB2130: Rear Hubs, Aluminum: TEN
TLR3100: Rear Gearbox Bearing Inserts, Alum (2): TEN
TLR331006: Carbon Battery Strap, SCTE 2.0
TLR4004: Servo Saver Tube, Hard Ano: SCTE
TLR6081: King Pins, Titanium: SCTE
TLR6311: 5/40 Aluminum Locknuts (10) (3 packs required to do entire truck)

All of these work on the 1.0 as well except the battery strap.
