Mugen can't win if they don't show up Looks like it was a competitive race. Actually all the big races have been competitive. I think there's been a different winner, for both driver/manufacturer for all the National level events.

in 1/8th, Josh had a glitch, which sent his car into the wall, thus breaking the right rear suspension.

I've got LOTS and LOTS of photos guys.. be patient and I will post some as soon as I can. I just got home an hour ago and will work on *SOME* pictures tonight. I've got 1,000 pics to sort and edit, so this will be a nightly thing all week long, but I will post on here each time I update.

Expect the first update around Midnight tonight Ladies...

The One-Eighth Racers of Toledo would like to thank everyone who came out this weekend and attended this years Great Lakes Challenge. Needless to say not everyone can win the A-Main of their class, but hopefully a good racing experience was had by all.

We would also like to thank the Sponsors of this event, for their fine raffle prizes. Congradulations go out to the Winners as their names will be added to the GLC Champion's plaques at the Toledo track.

Bob Block - 1/8th Masters
Paolo Morganti - 1/10th Sedan
Mark Unger - 1/10th Open
Paolo Morganti - 1/8th Open

Jarrod and Mike will be adding pictures of the race here and on the Toledo web site www.oneeighthracers.com as time goes on.

Great job by Ted Hammer and all the other club members for putting on a great show and making it a supper enjoyable weekend. Little FYI, I counted roughly 30+ drivers from both Region 1 & 2 who made the drive just to race in 1/8th scale. You guys have a great facility. I'll make this race again for sure.

Toledo crew great race as usual. Model of effeciency. The first 20 minutes of the 1/8th scale main was just awesome. Congrats Paolo, Josh, you had em till the glitch wizard showed up.
PS if you havent been to the glc you have missed the greatest raffle in history. It gets better every year
