for rubbers I'd recommend a droop of 6 up front and 5 in the rear. 5/4 rolls to much and is not a precise to drive.

I'd also would use middle wheelbase in the rear with no spacers under the suspension blocks and 1mm spacers under the blocks up front.

Just ran my BD on carpet with foams tonight as every friday night. First of all forget the spool, you wanna run Diff / Diff. 4.5 to 5 mm ride height with 1.5 mm front droop and 2mm in the rear measured on lift. 2.5 degree rear toe or less. 1.5 to 2 degrees camber f&r. 1mm spacers under all blocks and play with the roll centers to balance the car. Probably no sway bars, #2 pistons with 50wt up front and 40wt rear 20-25lb springs up front and 16-20 in the rear depending on the feel you want. I tried 1mm kick up in the front tonight and it made the car twichy (didn't like it) but it did handle a couple of little bumps we have under our carpet better. I run the stock uprights, about the middle hole f&r, graphite arms, hubs and blocks. This set up works for me, hope it helps you out.

Oh...BTW I also run the hard chassis and Bomber top deck.

any one know if masami measures his droop from the chassis to the block or from the amount of travel? got a rubber/carpet setup off yok usa and he uses 6 droop all round - give or take. seems very little up movement to me with 5mm ride height. Any help?

6/6 droop measured from bottom of arm will work good with rubbers on carpet, in fact i ran 7/5 last week and it was very good. Their is very little up travle but it works well.

PS i used the AE droop gage.

All depends on what the grip is like. Less droop for when the grip is up.

They will be sold seperate or as a full carpet kit it will offer a top deck, chassie and steering nuckles,or you can buy the parts seperate we will be putting up pictures hopefully by the end of the week.
