Naw.. just 2 or three months, maybe. Give the "new" factor, time to wear off. I just think we should be more critical of these new cars. They get "put on display" at some major races, so they'll have a "proven" appearance. But they're just being shown in their best state - ie: in the hands of a top pro driver at a major event (basically, the closest to perfect as you can get). I think the true test, is when the new car is in the hands of the local sponsored guy, at the local, imperfect track. You know, some parking lot, school yard or average indoor carpet track. Some place where track conditions aren't always so great and the competition can sometimes be a little rough around the edges (crashes, breaks - takeouts). Then we'll really get to see what these new cars are made of. At that point, I think, you'll have a really good idea of whether or not this new car is worth all the hard cash you're going to pay for it.

Just my .02 cents

It would also be interesting to know out of ALL the cars the pros have driven which do they prefer! I mean i'm sure Hara likes the cyclone, but what if he were given a corally rdx and liked it more?

Who knows, maybe? But, that's my point. The top guys will look great driving any car. Run these new cars at a local level and then you'll see.

No rush for me. I'll wait and see. I've bought and sold more cars in the last two years, than I care to name. I'm going to show a little restraint.

I haven't broken any either. I think the only plastic on the car, are the ball cups, ball ends, steering / bellcrank parts and the bumper brace posts / mounts. The bumper brace posts strip out pretty easy, but that's really it.

call around from your local anodizers and ask them if they do re-anodizing to a different color.... I was able to turn my Purple pro3 to blue for under $40.00. approx. 30 pieces.
