Just wondering what kind of setting you guys with GT7's are runnning,(throttle program, braking, ect.) I'm just doing trial and error method right now on my xxx-s to see if I notice a difference. Right now I'm using throttle program 5, brake profile 1, and normal brakes with my stock and my 19t reedy Q mag. Any input guys?

No, the instructions tell you how to change the settings by pressing the set button at different times, with the trans. on, with the trans. off, hold the button, click the button, etc. It can get a little confusing at times. I was just curious what other people use, novak's website talks a little about it but not a whole lot.

really? i have my gt7 for a long long time now and never mess with that stuff, i just use the preprogramed settings. whoa!

Then its probably still set on program 1. If you run stock your in for a surprise. I run stock on 5 or 6.

Novak's website says that the default throttle program is 1 on most but some it is 5 which seems to have much more punch.

im using number 6 profile for 12th scale. i know that part. but didnt know about the 7. i didnt read the whole instruction and put the instruction away and never touched again.

Program seven let's you customize the brake setting too, the minimum brake %, drag brake or constant force brakes
