ZAC TZ produce good bottom power but I think all TZ based requires higher nitro content to get the most power...

I think rc-toro has the lowest price. They also carry the parts, too. I just bought a rear bearing from them.

what are some minor porting changes can do to these engines ?

does the teardrop porting on th eliner make much difference to these engines ?

WHAT % YOU WERE RUNNING ? MODED MOTORS ARE SUPPOSED TO RUN COOLER AND INCREASE RUN TIME BUT I DONT SEE IT TO INCREASE RUNTIME TRY GOING TO LOWER NITRO. SINCE YOU HAVE TO RETUNE YOU END UP LEANING YOUR NEEDLES

yo nick, answer to your Qs are yes and yes. the 3 port is very durable and will take alot of fuel before a rebuild is needed, and no engine holds its tune better then a O.S, u remember my mate with the ZAC TZ? at the mingara cup there wasnt a faster engine, ans its still gettin faster with every tank..

i take it you were at moorebank today

i traded my tz 5 port for a 2005 jp fx team edition. nice little motor but doesnt have the grunt of the os.more rpm though.

i got 22 litres of 30% through my os and it was still strong. i dont think a jp will take that.
