I always use Nova carbs on my Piccos. It just needs a 5 minute session on a lathe, and it will fit. Nova carbs are much better in my opinion.
Just put it on and you will hear the difference, even on the starter box!
The engine will respond better with 9 mm restrictor, opposite to Novas which usually improve just on hi revs. Piccos gain torque always from low to hi rev, when using larger venturis. Bench tested.
ciao

Unfortunately, Picco doesn't even have all their engines up on their site, not sure why...
Examples; They still build "Rally/GT" engines, they have "Speed" (probably Tether) engines and they even made a Helicopter engine a couple of years ago.

I can see too that the carb i different.
What I meant is that their website isn't the best source for information regarding their products.

I have been running Picco and REDS engines for 4 years now and never but once had a carb problem.

I find them easer to adjust than a friends Novas....

+1 on Picco carbs, we are running Reds. Its a strange feeling spending time racing and not chasing tune.

Such great engines really!

After 3 years with Picco engines (great engines don't get me wrong), I think it's fair to say, that the REDS engines are a notch above the regular Piccos.

Every engine there is hand built and controlled and Mario Rossi puts his personal touch on the carbs.

I never had a more relaxed year regarding engines than this year.

Every engine ran solid as a rock, no ups and downs and all the engines are on the same power level, which is really high.
