That depends on the turnouts. Low turnout then yeah... the charger will more than likely be charging all the time.. hehe..

These chargers certainly have the bells and whistles, but I certainly hope that Eagle/Integy have changed the peak detection algorithm;

The Eagle CDC v6B pushes the cells harder. At 26 degrees Celsius (79F) ambient temperature, my GP3300 peaks at 60 deg. C (F140). This is with 6 amps charge rate and 3 mV pr. cell cut off.

With AA 2300, the charger seems to have a problem with the cut off - I've seen an example where the charger charged for 7 hours....

The good thing about this way of charging, is high punch and the charger never false peaks. But the cells certainly gets hot !

All the new gadgets, cant make up for this design flaw - or maybe the temperature cut off can But then again, forget mounting the temp probe....

I forsee 1 problem for a charger that does too much:
You won't be able to charge and do a motor check at the same time. Usually on track days and also race days the charger is constantly charging up cells..not lying around waiting for someone to spin some RPM's.

I'm willing to bet that an individual who drops HUGE coin on a charger like this will have at least one other charger laying around his pit for the mundane task of charging batteries. This thing is for cycling, running you comm lathe, spinning motors, post-race discharging etc. The only guys you ever see charging packs on a CE Turbo30-35 are the guys that own TWO of them.
