Eddie and Steve, damn good news! I was just thinking earlier today I need to get some IB3800 soon for carpet season, was just wondering if those would be available soon....

... and it would be way cool if they'll be coming inside a Team Br00d battery box!!!

Unfortunately, I won't be coming up for regional this weekend... Ron wants to come up to race so I'm going to be going down to call the first club race for him so he can come up.

Default Br00d stuff

Hey Dom,

How the heck are ya, Come on up soon, I will give you a tour. Eddie's place is NICE!

Yeah the IB's might be here today in fact, and yes they will be in a pimping cool battery box. Just let Eddie know your order through the website, and I will get your stuff right out to you. I'm glad Ron's coming on up but it would have been good to have you here also. Who else is coming up from down there? How's the RDX?

Sorry correction, it's not a 1.5mm, I was thinking about the wrench size....

Anyway, it's a M2.5 screw... meaning the thread size 2.5mm

Hey Steve, yeah I was planning on coming up. Seems like I have the blessing at regionals this year, was going to shoot for 3 in a year... Oh well, but I'm happy that Ron is coming up, he hasn't raced any since the 2-day at Rain last winter!!!

Hey, got any pics of the batts box yet?

Dom,

We will shortly be posting for sure. Having minor issues sizing the photos. The photos show the top and side of the box. In the third photo some ready for shipment IB 3800's. 420 runtime and 1.192 voltage at 35 amps. No kidding. This was a average pack believe it or not. I almost fell down when I saw some of the packs. This new cell is killer. I believe the next batch of GP 3700's arrive tomorrow for those who want those instead.

HI guys,

can someone suggest a starting point or min/max FDR for a br00d cobalt 12x2.

I'm running onroad tc, yoko BD.

My lhs suggested between 8:1 and 6:1.

6:1 equates to a rollout of 33mm. Isnt that likely to cook my motor?

I have spare gearing within this range so suggestions for hi/lo will be enough.

Your help would be appreciated
