the manual says to use the small ball end. however when using small diameter tyres there is not enough thread on the shock body to gain the right ride height.
on my previous rrr another racer once told me to use the medium ball end.
is this the right thing to do ? i just want to make sure this rrr is built as per the book from the beginning.

ROAR says 50mm max.

Could it be the plastic on the knuckle, where the pivot ball comes up got jacked and limiting travel?

Got the temp sensor working this weekend, which was great. Fabricated some clip-on brackets so that I could easily remove the recorder and attenna after I was done tuning. I don't want it on the car when I'm racing. I'm probably going to buy myself the optical RPM sensor, because I don't want to attach magnets to my new lightweight flywheel. I also need to buy myself a notebook ($200 for a leased returned Dell on ebay).
So far, so good.
