Default REsults THANK GOD!!!

hey years of college allowed me to fix the registry enough to get into and boot the computer...... i knew i would use that knowledge one day. lol

Also, funny think I checked the memory in the computer......256 wow!!! 2 gigs ordered for it. lets see if that speeds us up. i guess i should have looked it over before assigning it to the track.

Also the race blue screened the E truggy. That is all i had from it. Jim and tony let me know if that is how it worked out. if not i will change it.

points update coming soon

Hey Shawn - I'd love to tap into your expertise a bit on getting more performance out of my XXX. I'm currently running a 13.5T and feel like I don't have the top end I should have. Ken was pulling on me pretty good on the main straight last night (yea yea I know I won). So I currently boost and am geared well for my setup, motor temp was 131 deg after the main last night. Is there any benefit to reducing the boost and gearing up? I have the turbo turned off...should I turn it back on just to get a bit more on that main straight?

Also I'm currently running the gear diff...do you think there is a lot to be gained by going to the ball diff?

For those that asked about the points it is a simple points system

100 points is awarded for 1st place
for each position after 5 points are deducted (ie 2nd place is 95)

TQ is 1 point extra.

we then add the amount of cars entered. to the total of everyone's points.

example 1st place is 100 points plus 10 entries and a TQ is a total of 111 points. Second place would be 105 points and so on.

We award you for winning with more racers.

it is a 7 race series and we remove your worse performance.

i borrowed this from WKA. seemed to work for them

you are about 600 KV less than Noah and about 800 KV less then Ken. I wouldn't worry about making up time on the straight. it is only 100 ft of the 720 ft track. I would work on the infield. ball diffs are a plus! especially on short burst in the infield area. suspension is also a big thing. I would concentrate on that. i normally run less timing to keep heat down.
