Been reading/researching 4wd buggy. What are you guys running for brands? What do you recommend? If you read this forums long enough, you end up more confused on whats durable.. Im looking for one that has good parts availability, or better yet is harder to break! haha

I'm running an Associated B44.2, I love it!! Comes with everything you need, no major upgrades needed.....

I'm running the Caster S10b and it is pretty much a tank. Parts support won't be nearly as good as Associated but you also shouldn't need them as often. They are saying AMain is going to be carrying the car and parts so you can get parts.

I wanted something durable which is what lead me to the Caster.

I will have mine there this coming weekend...lets have the wheelers come out to play.

Am I really going to be running 2wd buggy, 4wd buggy and eBuggy this weekend? I guess it will be a lot of track time for my drive. LOL

Thanks for the info! My only hesitation is having enough 4wd guys racing to get a class on Saturdays. Looks like the western pa tracks don't have many 4wd classes , some have none at all.

This weekend is the first points race.

the points are simple

100 for a win and 5 less for each position below that.

TQ gets 5 points

5 Races the last being the Championship race that was reschedule for August 24th.

Awards will be Plaques and Prizes.

Separate from the awards for the championship race. So you could go home with double awards at the championship race.

We have added more lights, and we have extended our hours allowed to race to

so 5 pm lets get some racing on!

You can pit on the grass and others can pit on the 3/4 of the concrete oval track

thanks and see you there!

What's the power situation, do compressors still blow the circuit? I like to use it to clean my cars off after each round but I'm not going to lug it down there again if I can't use it without tripping the breaker. That said I did hear people up in the oval area running one at the father's day race but was told again that down around the track the breaker blows.

Thanks

As of now everything's still a go. Shawn and I will be making the final call tomorrow. Stay tuned.

Rain has been ceased since 4:00 PM so it will depend what happens tomorrow.
