What are y'all doing to combat the lack of weight on the battery side? Are you just adjusting preload and not worrying about it?

Right now I've got every Corally weight I own loaded up on there double tall, and I'm still about two ounces light. We're starting to enforce a 51oz. weight rule in the 4300/LiPo class, so I'll have to figure something out.

But, yea, I'm adjusting with preload. The car is insanely quick through the turns without all the extra weight. :-D

Just go to www.mcmaster.com and get part # 98455A108

You get 100 of the 8mm internal snap rings for $12.67. Share them with your buddies.

Of course, we could also ask our friends down at Specialized R/C to package up these things in batches of 5 to sell to us........HINT.....
Interesting idea.............

Tim the instructions I have reads,

"ADDITIONAL SHEET for hexagon socket diff screw"

It does not show a part number but a size. M2.5x20 diff screw. I have these on my front and rear diffs and no problems from them.

The diff screw you see was a temporary replacement. All kits are including the diff screw that everyone else mentions. Shoulder screw with a blade style head on it.

Default One way problems

Guys I got three one ways
two on Assissions, one RDX they all slip on the left side drive.

one really bad. (the car pulls to the right)
I've cleaned them and reoiled them but no real improvement.
i've changed drive shafts but that didn't work

Can the oneway bearing be replaced or do i have to buy new ones??

Well, they cannot be replaced. So it seems you need new ones.

Also, just use the standard outdrives and not the lightweight ones. The lightweight ones tear up pretty easily and start to slip.

Wow, that was fast! Already in the works or did you get it together in just a couple of days?
