Are there any ESC's that have brake light circuitry? I have an OLD Novak Explorer II but its not in the best of shape.

Look at HPI's lighting kit. I think it has a line that applies more power to brighten the led when you brake. There may be others that will do this. This is not an esc. It goes between the receiver and the ESC to power all the leds.

shhhh.. don't tell anyone but these work great.

you can have the working brakelights, headlights that flash at full throttle, pacelights. Basically set 6 light patterns to trip at any throttle position.

3racing has a light kit with brake light:

Tamiya also but then you need two different units and both are not really cheap...
