Default need help with my idle

my engine runs great, awesome acceleration and top end speed, but if you let it idle for about 10-15 seconds it starts idling really high and the temp jumps way up to like 330, i shut it off and checked the idle needle and it's set right so i dont know what's going on or how to do it

Your LSN is set tooo lean. You are hurting the engine. Richen it up at least 1/4 turn to start. Get it so that the engine idle drops after a few seconds (slightly rich) then lean it just a little at a time until the idle holds steady for 10-15 seconds. The engine should load up a little (hesitate, and blow good smoke when you nail the throttle) after 10-15 seconds sitting at idle. You may have to adjust the idle stop screw some to keep the idle speed up as you richen the LSN.
