To get 2 degrees of camber the plastic joint is almost flush with the arm (maybe 1mm outside the arm) [/B][/QUOTE] See the attach pic

I understand. Because the plastic joint is extended out, it is easier to be damaged if the rear wheel(s) suffer impact.

This problem may not exist if Kyosho rims are used. I heard Kyosho rims have different offset than Mugen and Kawahara rims.
But the geometry is correct for the Mugen offset.
My rear camber link extends past the bracket less than 1mm and I have 262mm rear width.

The Kyosho rims fit the Fantom....the previous 1/8th scale car. For the 2003 (or 2004) you have to use the rims designed for the Mugen.

That last track width (362) must have been a typo

I was setting up the rear end on my car and I was able to get 262mm trackwidth, 2 deg. camber and 1.5 deg toe in with the ball end flush with the outside edge of the upper arm. My car is a Delta, although I don't think it makes any difference. This is all with the stock tires as well as Mugen Fast tires.

My car didn't come with a setup sheet so can someone point me in the direction of setup sheet online? Also, what is the stock ackerman horn and what is everyone using?

Thanks

When I disassembed the clutch, I found that the clutch shoe is uneven worn. One side is thinner. How can that happen?

You should check to see if the clutch plate is flat..

What may cause the clutch disk/plate to be not flat?

Far too much heat, you may have been running your engine too rich or have too much gap between the bell and the clutch shoe. I have thrown a flyweight trying large gaps.
Or maybe like mine, I picked up a rock in the spur gear that caused the inner bearing to fail. It happens.
