Tamiya had an F40 back in the 90's, had a realistic rear spoiler so not much rear downforce.
Was able to fit a 200mm chassis.

I actually knew what the vette looked like. Just wanted to see if anyone wanted to see it get made into a 200mm body. It was made in a 235mm back in the old days(1/12th and 1/10th).
As for the other protoform body I believe Dale answered that question awhile back. The Parma body looks like a Parma body always looks- not close. I'll run my Sophie GT.

Itd certainly be an interesting looking car in 200mm trim. I was just looking for an update as I didnt see anything on the Protoform site. Itd certainly be nice to run the 2009 FIA GT champ in WGT

I have tested some of his bodies, they are hit and miss.
Seems they have a bit brittle lexan in them.

looks like I am dredging up a dormant thread.....but I have 2 Ford GT bodies sitting ready to go on a World GT car that I don't even have yet!! LOL I plan on building one after the holidays and hope to create more interest in that class in south Florida. So, beware of the orange and black Ford GT.....the driver sucks, any and all hacking is unintentional......

Well I hope Protoform makes some GTP style bodies for this class, at my track everyone uses the muslane because of the looks. I can see for local track the WGT rules will be loosely used. I can see this turning out like the turing car bodys and eveyone uses the same body boring

Our club has the main GT2 class restricted to road vehicle based 2/3 door cars, this excludes the Mulsanne as it is really the Porsche GT1 which was a track based car made legal for the road.

I am still hoping Protoform considers and makes the Ginetta G50Z, a road based front engined (Viper style) car from parent compay Zytek.

The Parma Aston looks WAY more like a DB9 than the Sophia resembles an 8c.

The DB9 doesn't look all that bad, but in person the sides appear flatter than the real DB9. Works really well, despite not being a "faithful" recreation of the original. It also needs more authentic headlight/taillight decals...
