Not a lot of activity around here lately - what's up with that? Getting ready to change gears to 1/18 indoor racing around these parts... good think Erika can hook me up there too!

the promatch ib3800 are just unreal.
I ran them in practice today in 1/12. I ran 4 packs with a stock motor. the first pack I ran with the same pinion that I ran with my tired out ib3600. I ran the same laptime and notices that the car did fall off 10 to 15 laps in. so i pulled the car off the track and found the motor to be quite toastie. I went down one pinion and ran the rest of the pack. I did this for 3 pack and was down 4 teeth on my pinion, but the car was faster. I ended up running .3 -.4 sec a lap faster with 4 teeth less. so my fourth pack i ran the whole pack. I put 50 laps on that pack. laps started with 12.0-12.1 got it down to 11.8 and the last 4 laps were 12.1 - 12.2. so for over 10 min of heavy running, the car did not fall off that much. my last 2 packs, I run a 9 double and for a full 8 min the laps were withing .2 of each other. I discharged all packs and all had at least 180mah some as much as 600mah
I charged at 6amp with .02 peak detect. the pack came off the charger at 110-115F.
