On the assembly page of your site the pictures of the standerd side by side assembly and the reverse side by side assembly contradict the descriptions. Should I just go by the description when I choose how I want my packs assembled?

Not sure how they contradict descriptions...since the picture matches the description. Can you explain what you mean? You can click the picture to make sure it's the one you want.

It says "Side by side assembly (std) (- in upper left corner)" but the pack in the picture has positive in the upper left corner, and it says "Side by side assembly (rev) (+ in upper left corner)" but the picture has negative in the upper left corner, unless the packs in the pictures are supposed to be upside down and in that unlikely case the endbars would be on the wrong way.

Also, why are the high runtime 1.170-1.174 packs the same price as the others. Are you just having a sale and not expecting anyone to buy the regular ones?

No the one that says "std" is this one.. http://www.promatchracing.com/2001std.jpg

The one that says "rev" is this one.. http://www.promatchracing.com/2002style.jpg

Very clear as to what corner is positive and negative(the bars even show it). Click this link and check the pics by clicking on any of them. You see the orange end of each cell is negative. Hope this clears everything up for you.

As for your second questions you would really need to call and ask Erika she does all the pricing and web updates. It is possibly a typo....but you never know.

But next to std it says "(- in upper left corner)" and the picture doesnt show that, am I confused about something? Thanks for your time. If the pictures are correct then Ill just go by that.

I dont think you guys can charge me more than it says. When you click buy it says that the run time is 410+ while on the page before that it says 420+. I assume the second page hasn't been changed yet?

Im not sure if you would know this but do you think a pack with 390-400 seconds of runtime will last a full 5 minute race with a mod motor in off road 2wd buggy? I run 19T now but Im considering going to mod in the future. I currently have an older pack of your 3300s with 396 runtime and it gives me at least 7 minutes of runtime, probably more. Ive never timed it. I probably wouldnt go lower than a 14T if I switched to mod.

Thanks

I think you would be fine with runtime in mod providing you are geared correctly for your track. As for the pic,LOL, this is the best I can do to help you understand. Here is a screen shot of the pic next to the std description.

I get it now, I thought that when you said upper left you were talking about the pack being looked at vertically (in that picture it would be horizontal) and in that case the upper left would be positive.

Thanks

What do you guys have as far as these ProMatch batteries? Im looking to buy some new batteries, as mine are about one year old and I want a GREAT battery just for my mains at the track. I want the best I can get, but still not extremely overboard on mula. I could spend about 40-60 on a battery if it is top-notch.

I have two Epic 3300 x-rated sport packs, with deans connectors that I installed. They are VERY nice. A ton of punch, but, since I do not have any other batteries, I'm not sure how they rate up against other ones.

I am thinking about getting these PM batteries:
GP331706HR - 420+ 1.170-1.174 - $59.99 SALE!!

Arrow Contradiction

AERacer~ It looks like promatchrcr was able to help you as far as understanding the assembly........but as far as the runtime problem that is my fault. I updated the web-site to reflect our new parameters in runtime but forgot to fix the shopping cart part of the web-site. I will be sure to fix that first thing this morning when I get to work. If you order them you will get the 420+ runtime. Sorry about all the confusion.

basementlosi~ we have them both on sale because we have quite a few of them in stock, more of the high runtime than the low. So if you want them I would get them soon because they are going fast, and they qualify for the free assembly as well, so don't miss out.
