I am a bit worried about an order I placed with hurricane over a week ago and have yet to recieve it. They do not list a phone # or e-mail adress at least I didnt see one on thier web site so I can check to see whats up I would like to try to make contact with them so I can find out the status of my order. any help would be appreciated......

Brad sent out a bunch of orders today.... he had a huge batch of ib4200wc he just finished matching and i am sure your order was in the batch he just finished matching. Please dont worry they are working on the website to get it fixed so that email and phone numbers are displayed on there. Due to the roar carpet nats this week he was super busy getting all the new cases of cells matched.

actualy it wasnt for any cells it was was for a bottle of tribo comm lube...but thanks for the info and I do hope that the reason is because they where busy with the nats and all....

I talked with brad and he said your order went out today just before he left for the nats. He says he does apologize for the delay, but he was very busy getting all his stuff and all of the teams batterys done in time for the nats.
