The blue is for rice and the red is for mashed potatoes.

Brad sent out a bunch of orders today.... he had a huge batch of ib4200wc he just finished matching and i am sure your order was in the batch he just finished matching. Please dont worry they are working on the website to get it fixed so that email and phone numbers are displayed on there. Due to the roar carpet nats this week he was super busy getting all the new cases of cells matched.

I talked with brad and he said your order went out today just before he left for the nats. He says he does apologize for the delay, but he was very busy getting all his stuff and all of the teams batterys done in time for the nats.

Who do I need to make contact with to see about a bad cell in a brand new pack. I purchased a set of 4200's, I've only have six charges in them and it looks like one of the cells is dead (white powder on the end). A little help, Thanks

That would be Brad.....He will be able to get you a replacement cell as soon as hes back from the ROAR nats this weekend. I would give him a call Monday afternoon or Tuesday afternoon.....or just call the shop now and leave a message on the machine and he can call you back when hes back.
