Snowbord set-up help

Hi guys,

I go to the Snowbird this year, and i need some help. I race on a low grip carpet at my local track and i know that some track like Cleveland champs and the Snowbirds are very high grip carpet. I would like to know if someone have some setup for this kind of track.

I will run stock and 19t with my 2 BMI Xray FK. I know that some of you (Ray Huang, Jeff Cuff, Team Butter, etc...) have great success with this car on that kind of track.

Thanks for your help, you can post the set up on the thread, on my e-mail or pm me.

Good luck to all BMI driver at The Snowbirds.

Mart42-I left my Xray set-up sheets at home. I'll give you my Champs set-up which I think was an easy to drive set-up in VERY high bite. I wouldnt brag and say it was "dialed"-but it should be a solid platform to get started with at the Snowbirds. Just tune it from there.

All I would warn is that little thngs will be critical on it-like the amount of uptravel (droop), tire size and compound and things like that.

I heard they're laying a subfloor or something this year so they don't get the warping like last year. I guess you guys will see soon.

ProTc3:

Hi,

little toys are coming your way Mini is bugging me about the chassis again...... I'll just stall him some more.

Brian McGreevy:

Hi,

We did run foams on our Cats............ nothing but hooked up just get a slightly larger sedan body and your all set. Call me when you get back from the Birds.

David Alford:

Hi,

ok.............please put up with my reacurring case of old timers but have we meet?????? your name sounds really familar even my son has been asking me about it. we race mostly around Michigan and Halo, and Cleveland.

Thanks

BTW:

Mini' new name is STONE. this was dubbed at Cleveland during his TQ run where he got turtled. most of Express Motorsports think it fits. LMK what you think
