Default Distance from San Francisco

The Distance from San Francisco is a bit of a guess but should be very close.
100 to 120 miles.
There are handful of folks who join us each week from Sacramento, San Francisco, Santa Rosa, and the entire bay area. Our local participation is fabulous when considering our total population of the county. We are a Race Community and generate an energy for the sport of RC Racing that is unsurpassed.

Hope you can make the Golden Sate Electric Challenge. The program is dialed. Nor Cal has come into it's own. Competition will be on the high end in the expert class. We will have some top talent from folks you will recognize and some local Nor Cal young talent coming on the scene.

The Sportsman class will have some great talent as well. Most of our local pros are stepping down to make room for the higher end drivers during this event.

Sportsman will not be easy. Some great talent there as well!

Car Action will possibly cover this event! For sure they will be writing up an article over the conclusion.

Feel free to post up questions here or email me directly.

Frank:

Bring a space heater. Preferably a butane one. Its gonna be cold...real cold. It snows up in that area.

snow is rare but does happen, but we will have 3-4 four of those big upside down wok lookin propane heaters!!

The new layout is done!! the track is awsome and will be dialed for the GSEC!! 85' of straightaway and every feature hand troweled like a concrete skate park!! super smooth.

The fastest laps in 2wheel were with green groovy fronts and blue barcodes rear. tried a lot of tires and those bar codes are awsome. And the wear is outragous!! youll probably get a whole weekend out of one pair!!

the track is located two hours north of san fran and two hrs west of sacramento.
