T2 Alu Quick Roll-Center Holder 4.9mm
I'm pretty new with the T2 '008.
Question: From reading the included instruction sheet...do the L1 + L2 labels ALWAYS need to face UP? If so, how come? If true then the two outer positioning holes on left and right sides will not be in use, correct?
Also, will I need to readjust/lengthen the upper linkages after installing...because it increased my front/rear negative camber degree?
Yes, I have them installed front and rear and currently using the default '008 settings per manual.
Thanks for any help.

I used Paul Lemiuex's IIC 08 Rubber setup on mine. I only made a couple of changes on the car but I can't remember what. It was an awesome setup though.

Anyone now if the shocks are plastic on the T2R?

007 had the long shocks, 008 and 009 went to the short shocks.

You will need to readjust your upper links to get the right amount of camber back into your setup as leaving them as they were before will leave you with FAR too much negative camber to be effective.

I tried it but i went back to the standard position. The car had heaps more steering which was good, but it did not have enough rear grip to be fast. It also depends on what track type your running on. I ran it on three different layouts. One was a short small asphalt track, medium to high grip. The car was pretty bad, but was better on old tires. Then on a large asphalt track with medium traction, i used it on 2 different layouts.
One was a more technical layout with quick directional changes. I was almost as fast, my lap times were .2 slower than the standard position, but the car felt very fast, and i found i was more consistent with the fwd motor position. I then tried it on the same track with a more flowing and longer straight. The car felt pretty good, but i didnt get any lap times so i am unsure if it was as fast as the standard position.
I guess it depends on what type of track you drive on and your driving style. BTW This was with a 4.0 and lipo. Might be totally different with stock classes.
