Also permitted is getting screwed by only TAMIYA representatives not doing their job. I think they are required to wear TAMIYA T-shirts while doing this
I think all this is part of the fun

I hope someone higher up in the chain of command (besides the 4 Japanese clowns present in that event) in Tamiya Corporation Japan can take some action on this.
There were over 100 participants from Philipines, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Lebanon, Thailand, Singapore, Korea, and Malaysia(the host country).
What has happened over the weekend has very serious consequences let alone the reputation of Tamiya as a whole.

Don't just talk about how much we spend on Tamiya's product first.
Just talk how much time, effort and money spent since the start of this season from the beginning of the year till the finals.
Our own local race is much stricter than the TAC Final. Yet those who broke the rules and get caught with proof WIN the race.
This is my first ever International race yet the most RUBBISH race ever. Rules are meant to be broken.

As an observer of the Tamiya America finals I saw allot of people making accusations about others cheating. It's my understanding they did everything possible to make the racing as fair and far from controversy as possible. However, the winner of the mini class did read between the line of the rules and ran an overly stuffed tired in his mini. This gave him more roll out and made his car appear faster, so he was a person others where whispering about. I'm sure Tamiya will address this in the future to again try and make the racing as fair as possible. I wasn't at your race so I can't comment on what happened to you. But the point I'm trying to make is it isn't always motor. I'm very sad to hear there was something suspect going on. It's never a good thing when accusations are being flung, true or not.
Just my 2 cents.
Congrats to the winners and good luck in Japan at the Worlds!

don't forget the 50.00 dollar silver can motors available to for regionals where they don't tech motors, people have won regionals with them.
