lol dig dig dig deeper. so what your saying is "in Stock" to you means what you actually have on site and what you have ordered. because to me it is what I actaully have.
now the example you gave blaming SMC see it isn't the same because that is a vender/distributer realationship. totally different. Danny sells to you you sell to us. danny charges you x amount you change us xxx amount. and we can't but directly from Danny at x price.
I don't care if I have never bought anything from you or am a member of your site.
This is becoming a trend in RC lately and it needs to stop. people keep saying about all these companies that are screwing people "he's a nice guy, oir he's going through som stuff right now Or he has been very busy"
Stop making excuses for poor business practices.
few points of advice for yah
1 only sell what is in stock (in stock mean in your money hungry hands)
2 ship out asap
3 customer is always right
4 own up to your mistakes and take the appropriate actions to make sure they nevery happen again
5 if your so backed up that you cant keep up stop selling things till you keep up.
and last no I will never buy anything from you.

Refun my money
Dave..you just admitted to not having the Tekin RSpro in stock..I want my money back..NOW...
I have started fraud charges with paypal and my c/card company..
So refund my money..
I think your full of it, but thats my opinion, and it seems a few others..
so give my money back...

Question...why would you send bogus emails that the product has shipped when you have stated that you aint got them?

Dave you are gonna be a busy guy trying to keep up w/ all this schtufff going on in this thread.
I have not yet confirmed that i have a solid sale of my tekin rs, so please let me know wheter i made it before the cut ;0. If not drop me a line on ebay through their system.

Update:
More RS's will be available end of this Week, early next Week, those that have not gotten a refund and/or product, let me know what you want to do. I can refund you or send you the ESC.
Lipo's - working through the orders now
Not that it matters, but the blackthorne software from Ebay wasnt updating my quickbooks program which is where I found the whole for inventory - this is my fault which is why the above is being done.
Like I said once I got home I would research the issue and post the facts.
My mistake on not linking the 2 and am sorry for those that it has caused any delays too.
