When I start the motor and let it idle its o.k, but when I give it full throttle it stalls tried riching and leaning the high and low needles still nothing can it be the plug or an air leak.I'm running Traxxas 20% and a Mcoy 8 plug.

I agree. Go back tp factory settings, and start over. Sounds like the LSN setting may be a little too rich, but you need to go back to basic settings first. Get it to not stall out, so you can work on getting the HSN set correctly, then work on the LSN again.
If the glow plug is quistionable, change it first. In my experience, when the engine cuts out, when you first crack the throttle, it has been an overly rich LSN setting. Of course this is hard to say without having the engine right in front of any of us out here.
Good luck. I have the same engine in my Truggy, and it is an awsome engine when you get it dialed in! Make sure that the carb is sealed at its base. That is one problem I did have with mine. I took out the carb, put some carb sealer around the oring, and pushed it in tightly before clamping it down. All good after that.
