I would say its a Micro car...like HPI's. Look at the size of the screws in relation to everything else. Unless they are using an obscene size for the screws on the car the parts look small like a Micro car. The picture of the body mount looks alot like HPI's rear body mount system......only time will tell.

I just want to know whos going to hold the first Micro World Champs or National Champs.....that would be a race to see or race in even.

again, x-ray says

definitely something completely different from what XRAY has been up doing until now (different from touring cars)...
and to repeat the important section

different from touring cars
shaft drive or not, why would ANYONE still think this is a 1/10 scale touring car?

it is not a 4wd off road, there is no way, you see how short the a-arms are, that would be rediculous.

"definitely something completely different from what XRAY has been up doing until now (different from touring cars)..."

That scentence isn't written well. It is very unclear and it's too easy to take different meanings from it. Maybe that's what they wanted. Or maybe someone who speaks broken english wrote it It does not say it is not a touring car. Maybe that is what they meant but that is not what it says. It says it is different from what they have been doing, which happens to be touring cars. I interpret this to mean they are doing something different than what they have been doing with touring cars. A shaft drive touring car would be different. See what I'm saying?

I do not think it is off-road for the reasons already mentioned. The wheels and tires scream touring car to me though. I'm not sure a new touring car would be the best idea for them but whatever. I'm going to get my T1R next week and forget about this new car until some acutal (or at least clear, full) pictures are out:lol

I dunno what it is. But if it is a 4wd 1/12th pan car like what was stated before.. it will NOT be the first. Kyosho had one in the 80's. It was chain drive and I believe it was called the Fantom. Hirobo might of even had one.. belt driven in the 80's too. I too have been hearing rumors from XRay about their shaft driven car. But this one looks to be another project..... And I thought XRay did mention something about another TC later in the year.....

It says "(different from touring cars)". If they meant not a touring car it would have been very easy to write "(not a touring car)". To clear up my last post, "different from touring cars" to me means different from our touring cars or different from our current touring cars.

I don't know what the hell I'm talking about though They blacked out the parts we need to see most!

It aint a 1/10 touring car as there is no adjustment for camber which would mean its a step back from the T1 evo 2. Rick
