I may see what the CRC axles can do for the car - I have a few of those laying around - love how the car handles, hate what a pain it is to change out the different degree blocks, I need to put in practice so I can start getting comfortable with the car and turn some good lap times - instead the last 2 weekends has been an exercise in Loctite.

A CRC Axle should work in this as a backup? Nothing more fun than loading the car up and getting to spend your day waiting for loctite to dry.
Did you mean that the treaded part came out?? , thats sometimes happens when you tight it up too much. there were a batch that pop out easier. You can inser it back using any epoxy glue. try to set up the diff as I explained, mine was from that batch and didn't came out so far.

A question for everyone thats been using this car. I recently bought one and noticed that there is no foam bumper. Due to the design none of my others will fit, has anyone found a bumper that works?

Thanks
Chris

Chris - I used a Slapmaster bumper without too much trouble. You might have to elongate the holes a smidge and cut out some material for it to clear the front caster blocks, but it works.

Start with a Slapmaster bumper for the DB12R. Use a Dremel with a sanding drum to make it fit. Or buy a Parma generic block of bumper material and go from there.

Chris, funny you should ask. I have some prototypes out for testing for the S120. They should be available in a month or so if they get the "nod". They will be the same price as all the others. They intend to be a slide on item with the bevel cut to support a 12 or 8 body.
