this is great, my setup is pretty close to this.

I had to go to a .45 spring because the front end was biting in too much,

thank you so much!

Hi guys,
Just putting my Gen-x10 kit together with the 235 expansion kit but the holes on the conversion kit front arm plates don't seem to line up with the holes in the chassis?

Am I doing something wrong here?

Thanks guys

The 235mm expansion kit does not fit the Gen X 10 R/T. It only fits the Original Gen X 10, the Gen X 10 LE, and it kind of fits the Gen X 10 SE. On the SE, you can only use 2 of the 3 bolts per side on the expansion plates.

Damn it! Thanks for your help. Guess I'll need to get a part custom made. 🤐

What is it you are trying to achieve ????????? I did the conversion to 235. The rear axle ext
ensions suck !!!! I went with a 235 AE axle and cut a spacer for the off diff side. Works great.

Not quite sure i understand your question, attempting to attach the conversion plates to the chassis but they don't fit. The hole pattern is different. And yes, the axle extensions are crap which is why I'll be using an IRS rear axle.

Actually, the hub extensions work quite well. We won Snowbirds with them, and are competitive at every 235mm race we go to.....

Not really that fussed about the axle extensions but I am understandably annoyed that on their website crc does not say that this conversion kit does not fit the RT. A total waste of $50!

Not apologizing for CRC but that kit was made years ago and was just hanging around. I doubt that it crossed their mind that its description needed an update to state what cars it worked on. It does suck though.
