Take a look at your setup first and check that its all equal left and right. You may have different toe ins for each side.

Put about 2.5 toe in on the back and about .5 toe out on the front. More than that and you get big understeer

Hi

I just ordered a car from Hobbynet and got a confirmation of order number. I couldnt enter my credit card details on the site.

What happens next? Do they contact you with the payment instrucuons? Anybody had any problems?

Cheers

Actually we haven't submitted last week's results, have we?

Here's mine:
Sunday was cool but sunny and 16º - apart from that it didn't look anything special. The lap record at Dandenong was about 16.9x or something.

Heat 1: My driver got his fastest lap of 17.5x (I think) - a PB and was sitting in third.
Heat 2: Reduced his best lap down to 17.3x - sitting in fourth.
Heat 3: Throttle servo decided to give up the ghost.

For the final, Sam qualified fourth and the race pace was pretty furious. Worked his way up to third, and was looking OK till after the last stop, a front wheel came loose. The car was starting to snatch badly and he finished fourth. We were happy enough.

However, the real star was JordanC of this forum. He runs a MTX-3. I don't know his qualifing times but suffice to say he TQ'd, got fastest lap of the day and won the race. During the final, he put in four or five laps in the 16.9's and finally re-set the track record at 16.5x or something - phew!
As I say, it was a hot pace - well done JordanC.

the track was the cleanest I have seen it for a long time BTW, there was enough grip out there to do a 18.6 with 3 dogbones!

Yes, the track was pretty clean, but I didn't think it was that much better.
It just didn't look like a particularly fast day to me, yet everyone was going quicker.
You need to look at our anti-dogbone spiting mod. - haven't lost one since. - touch wood.
