Wait, does it have to match?? stock is 16/19 with 47/43, they dont match!

Besides with 18/22 with 49/42, great accelation and top speed and the most importantly they mesh good!

Sure this will work. Stock Prospec gives a rollout (63mm foams) of 26.6 1st and 34.4 2nd. Ah10's ratio yeilds a rollout of 28.8 1st and 41.0 2nd. As you both have strong engines this should work. Stock like me, I do not think I could wind out 2nd. In theroy that is 51.8 mph!

Me too! I have seen it awhile ago! it sure does look good!

Oh but I was told the newer Kawahara upperdeck isnt as great as everyone expected!

I still love my 5 star upperdeck! great quality, good design especially where the receiver is. It has another carbon fiber tray for the receiver and it drops down almost to the chassis and on top of it, it has a big opening for all your wires!

Also the 4 screws where you attached to the front bulkhead, it has another piece of carbon fiber clamp down with those 4 bulkhead screws and servo mount! it really does strenghten the front stiffness!

Ah10, is the 5 star deck split in the servo area like the Kawahara? Is this due to the way the belt goes to the front?

I like the extra reinforcements. 5 star is not available here

I like everything about Kawahara new upper deck except the receiver location. It is exposed to a side impact. Also the finishing of receiver holder lacks. Layout is great which is what I like about that. Had 5-star had similar layour it would have been best pick. 5-star has nearly the same layout as original part, don't see a point of getting it.

Yes it does! I like the reinforcement very much too! by the way, you done need belt tentioner for the long belt and also dont tighten the side belt tentioner too tight other wise the bearing inside the block will get damaged!

Another good thing about the 5 star upper deck is the battery holder can be mount either on top or bottom of the radio tray! if you are using those brick rx pack you can mount the battery holding tray underneath the radio tray(you could also use 3mm washer to further lower CG too! and the right tray support is much beefier than the penguin one too!

Same here. I do not like the rx location at all. I think they should've done it like the 5 Star deck. Oher than that, it looks good.

How do you think the floating rear body mounts would fit on a TC body? I'd like to try them, but I'm not going to run a Lola body. This is a TC, and should run TC bodies!!!

I prefer the lola body over the 4 door sedan's. 4 door car is not a race car to me. I run the BMW LMR on my super, and Porsche 962 on my vector. I have already ordered the Lola body and mounts for mine. Want to get rid of the stratus body. JMO on the bodies. Tekrsq , where do you run in Richmond? I run at Debbies in Va Beach
