Is it just a straight swap out for the original xenon shaft Dave, ive bent mine a little and its going to knacker the bearings i expect with the vibration it causes.

Ok...didn't know if was still a direct swap... all three of my cudas had the Xenon setup, so I have these two stock shaft setups left over... 403, if you want one, let me know blue or red, and just PP like $8 and your address, and I'll send whichever one you want off... Sounds OK??? If not, let me know...

Thanks!

Just a few new pics from me... I doesnīt run my Cuda at the moment but I develop parts all the time...
Here is something new... In my opinion the chassis is not stiff enough... so here we go... tube chassis. Itīs just a prototype of the negative of the real chassis, but it should show my thoughts. Unfortunately it will be very expensive... But if anyone is interested.

R2... but R3 would be no problem if I had the sizes of the chassis... I thin there are only a few holes different?!

Did you hacked my PC??? I have designed a prototype of a motor mount which supports the motor mount... all here on my PC... just the money... CNC isnīt cheap.
My thoughts were to give the R2 a similar drivetrain like the R3 and keep the steering. I donīt know whether it will work but I find it interesting.
