Yeah, that something got in there and shorted it would be my best guess.

I was thinking of cutting the hub down maybe 5mm too far, then you could just shim the ballstud to whatever height you want, I use the Losi ones, so the long ones would prbably work.

Hell, just run it until the belt starts slipping. I have had my center one-way in since i got the special and although half the face of the teeth are worn off, it doesn't slip so I call it good.

Anyone tell me where to buy Yok parts on line or mail order (USA)? My LHS wont carry any parts and it takes months before I see a special order from them.

Wow..... latest news from South Africa during World Championship : Team Yokomo is testing a new car, don't now exactly how it looks..... but Masami, Adachi and Kitazawa (Yokomo Japan) is practicing and testing the car on Monday (right after the Worlds Warm-up race). It's very very top secret, so they don't want anybody to look and take a picture of their car...... thank god i have my own secret agent.... LOL

Good, it's about time they come out with a new car. Just as long as it's out by next carpet season, and I'm happy Thanks for the info daniz.

Speedtech is great, I would recomend them.

Any idea on whether the chassis will be c/f or molded?
