look above for the setup I posted, I'm not bragging, but it has worked really well for me this year at all types of tracks. The car felt really good, the only thing I did to get it to handle the way I wanted to was increase or decrease the droop in the front or rear of the car.

If any of you want a better copy, I'll gladly post it.

helps with wheel spin and goes a little faster on top end...only time i would use it is if the track is huge with an easy infield and or traction is a problem. it drives good but my lap times were about a .5 second slower from a tight infield

i agree with the above.

I've always wanted to know how it would do with a good bottom end motor...i've just never tried it personally. I would think that your runtime would increase slightly too.

it works ok with a c6 never finished a 20 min+ main before though with it so i went back to old faithful. do have a question however. after a weekend or 2 of racing something ends up dragging in the center diff/clutch or brakes making it want to nose dive on jumps...my fix is a cleaning/disassemle reasemble any ideas what it can be?

I have found after owning several MBX5 versions that the center diff top plate brake bushings SUCK. After several long mains with heavy braking the bushings are blown and the lever arms become sloppy...i suggest the optional hopup top plates with bearings...King Headz comes to mind.

Also, the brake cams tend to wear rather quickly (IMO) causing the brake engagement point to change....also causing you to either flip it if you havent already and buy a new one if youve already smoothed out both corners of the cam lobe. This makes setting the brakes a pain.

In the end, i would also swap out the standard steel rotors for some G10 units and scrap the "pads" on the shoes. This guy makes some killer G10's for the Mugen.

i have the racers edge thick anti locks cradock no pads...think its due to the guides being off? then again it wouldnt explain too much as it works most of the time lol

I am not getting into a slinging match with you, but seriously mate, have you tried every brake product on the market... come on... why dont you just say that u use them and you think they are great!!! They are good i use them in my truggy but not my buggy.

You are entitled to your opinion but i am a little sick of ppl saying that brand x is the best just because they use them.
