I have noticed, especially with the metal gears, and even more especially, when they are new , it is important to replace the gear diff oil very frequently. Thankfully, it isn't difficult to do on the A700. Especially in mod I've noticed more stable cornering after fresh fluid is used.

Oleg suggested, if there is excessive metal shavings, to use 3x6x0,1mm steel shims between G06 satellite gears and AT24. A slight bit of reduction in G06 (big or small face) might be necessary due to the added shim so G06 won't bind.

as far as filling it, I'd go with what the manual says.

Good call, I forgot the fill line was already mentioned in the manual. I'll give it a good cleaning tonight. I might try some different o-rings too, I feel like most of the binding is that o-rings between the bearings.

With our new floating front gearbox we are not limited in the choice of the chassis. The chassis for A700 can be very soft soon without any negative torque twist effects.
So welcome for all aftermarket chassis makers.

Please be careful and apply your force to the ST07 outdrives but not to aluminium wheel as you can bend the wheel if you are strong enough.
