V-Spec or Ninja
Ok guys, my sponsor doesn't sell the V-spec but has the ninja motors. Which motor do you think is more reliable?

Both are very good motors. I have no experience with the V-spec but my Ninjas have proven to be very reliable and make great power, you cannot go wrong with a Ninja.

like said, both are great, the Vspec has really good smooth powerband, very punchy out of corners and jumps.
mad fun to drive.

if they cost you the same, V-spec. Stay away from the Mag head motors. The don't give a consistent cooling, and motors will see coolers then they really are.

Seems like everyone likes the Ninja here. All I can say is Mugen no longer uses the GRP Ninja from what I've been hearing and parts sucks for the Ninja right now. Try getting a P/S set for one. I just got mine pinched instead.
The V-Spec to me is easier to find parts and they are cheaper than the Ninja. Both run specific turbo glowplug, but O'Donnells makes OS turbo style plugs, so they're may be an advantage there.

im gonna agree with ezveedub.....Ninja parts are a Nightmare to get a hold of..and ive seen a couple Ninja's fail ....Plus the Vspec has been around for the longest and prolly has the most wins under its belt....i kno the new 2007's are makin some Impressive Dyno #'s as of late...id say Vspec.
