Make sure that you refresh, some browsers (AOL) cache copies of the webpages to make browsing quicker.

But, believe me....it has changed.

OK, I see the hotel info etc. but no entry form. I don't want to make reservations and then not get in because there's ends up being a cutoff on the entries. Reservations usually cary a fee if they're cancelled. If I make a reservation, am I gaurenteed to get into the race?
