front end question
what is a good starting point for toe and camber settings?

Anyone know of any similar alternatives for: CRC #4289 1/12th Front End Pro-Brace - Blue? :) Supposedly it's out of production.
It's for a 12R5.1 with either default front end or upper arm mounts 1mm inwards (also run lower arms 2mm outwards, but that isn't relevant for this).

A few suggestions
On the upper pod plate there should be a countersink screw for the side shock, not a button head screw.
You may want to find some 16g wire for the motor leads, and route your sensor wire away from the motor leads.
Also TQ and LRP make more flexible sensor wires in different lengths.
One of the places you can find that at is at Nexus
You want the pod to move as free as possible in 12th scale.
Heavy stiff wires are unnecessary, and a hindrance to handling.

+1 on the smaller wires just frees it up that little bit. Also may want to add 1mm shims between bulkheads and lower arms to widen the track a bit. I did this while getting to grips with the extra twitchiness/steering in 12th scale.

You really need the small or Flexy wires, and soft sensor cable, Or you will be chasing a tweak that is coming from the stiff wires all day long. Been there done that many times.

I am back running 1/12th for the first time since 1998.
I feel quite green actually...
I am currently running the TQ 13 gauge cable, my 12R5.1 handles great, but do you suggest I switch to 16 gauge?
Also, what wind and what size rotor will you recomend for Mod?
I am currently running a 4.5t with a 12.5mm rotor.
I have a 12.3mm rotor on order.
Thanks for any advice guys.
