hey guys, how do get rid of an offpower push? My hole seup is awesome, just when i get into the really tight section, i push to bad, and i lose alot of ground. Heres my setup..
FRONT
Oil-40 weight
Springs- orange(losi
Droop- Still unknown(don't know how, no tools, shock eyelet unscrewed 1mm
Tires- plaid
Sauce- 1/2 inside, Corally gripper.
Arms- Back
Pivot- 0r
R/C- losi low
Ackerman- old style chassis, no adjust
Pistons- orange
BACK
Oil- 50 weight
Springs- black(losi
Droop- eyelet all the way in, still unkown
tires- purple
Pistons- black
sauce- full tire- corally gripper
Arms- back
Pivot- 2r
R/C- losi low, ground off a bit(not much)
Battery foward
Ride hieght- 4mm
Proto stratus2 body
plenty of D/R in it, more than i've ever had in it.
Differentials all around

50 WT is too thick for the rear try 40 or 35wt
4 deg caster block ..good luck

You could also try saucing 3/4 of the tire, and unscrewing the shock eyelet 1 more turn on the rear.

i've tryed 40 weight all around, that made the car way to twitchy. Yes, i knew i would forget some things...
Front caster blocks-4 degree
Rear Caster blocks- 0 degree
Shocks front and back are on #2 hole, using stock graphite towers
Eyelets are on outside bottom holes
Camber rods(turnbuckles) are longest possible.

Take a look at pics of Todd Hodges car in his thread, by your setup I'm assuming you are running on carpet. Drill some holes in the front shock tower for your camber links so they have a high roll center. You may also want to shorten the links to get the car to roll in a little more as well.

The GPM front knuckle arms and cvds I have are blue. I like them.. Jason I have some questions. I see GPM list 3 different cvds? The Alloy ones.Which are the ones I have.The axle is polished. But I don't know what the axle is made of?(Alloy) Alloy + steel? Steel meaning steel axle? Then Steel set meaning the whole cvd is made of steel? Thanks

NVisible: Do you have any information on the long belt kit to send to me? When our stuff are in stock we will list them on ebay too.

akrcracer: If your axles are polised they must be made of alloy. The alloy + steel means the axle is alloy, you can anodize it in any color. The rest is made of steel and is a natural silver color.
