Novarossi N21B limited Fuel question
I am getting ready to buy on of these but i have a quick question. On the spec sheet I was reading it said not to use more than 25% nitro content fuel. Well, as odd as this sounds a had 2 Cases (NEW, Not Old) of Byron Gen 2 30% nearly fall into my lap. I have sold a few gallons to the locals but I would like to be able to use it myself. However I dont want to damage the engine. Can someone tell me what to do?
Thanks

^ What they said.
Add a .10 shim and run something similar to a McCoy #8 or Nova 6 and you should be fine.

The odo 99 plug runs the best,I have a 2 bf limiteds and they love that plug and tunes great.

I run 30% nitrotane in my and a MC59 and she runs all day long. I can ran two weekends on a plug I love that motor.

I run byrons 30% gen 2 with the O'donell purple sport plug and have no problems, matter of fact I have never blown a plug. I check the plug before the main and pop in a new one if it doesn't look prefect but i'll only replace one every two or three race w'ends.

Add .10mm worth of shims and put either n OD77 or OD99 (depending on tuning ability) in it and it will run jut fine.
The motor will run with the stock shimming, but it will gain a little top end by adding .10mm.

re
I have had 2-3 of those engines and they were fine on 30%, but if you don't want to take a chance just pick up some 20% fuel and mix it half and half and presto you have 25%.

easier break , better mileage and more rpm by way of less compression
you can actually shim at .85mm and get a little smoother power and longer runtime shhhhhhh!! dont tell anybody

.80 shimming equals one two silver and one copper or no mine has that in it now but that is what it came with it runs alright for practice but is missing top end
