Have tried 2 different servo. Same issue. Removed servo and try by hand. Seems that it would be tight only near full lock. Have loosen the top stiffener abit, and seems to be still tight. If remove the top stiffener, then is ok. Now servos are on direct horn, no servo saver.
Both steering block is ok. Can have full movement though

Is anyone else blowing through steering knuckles like crazy?
If I'm steering at full lock and knick the apex of the turn even slightly the bottoms of my knuckled break off or strip. I've literally gone through tons of them. I'm not even talking big hits here. I think I'm going to get aluminum knuckles and c hubs.

I'm going through the carbon ones too. I have xray steering blocks in there now. They seem to be stronger.

curious on some opinions/setups for this car ..... planning on asphalt, GT2 class for a TCS race
Carbon reinforced chassis or stock plastic one for flex characteristics ??
Shock oils ... 30 -35 - 40 - 45 .... whats the general opinion soft or med/stiff ??
Front Spool or Diff with 300,000 ... 500,000 ... putty ??
Appreciate any and all ideas on this - want to run a TCS race this summer in the GT2 class and some occasional summer runs. Looking for some good general setup ideas for running on the TCS tire and just overall.
Thanks for any input.

TB03 Front Spool comes with 39T main gear
Rear gear diff with EVO 5 main Gear 39T
Shock oil I use TLR 40wt and 37.5 rear
Yellow springs on all 4 corners
getting the weight out of the drivetrain is very important for this car get all of the light weight parts for the rear diff and drivetrain.
