It's "expandable braided shielding" that people use to dress up their wires when they do computer case mods. You know, back when people still used PC's? Anyway, it's everywhere. Here's an example, but I'd search around for better deals. I got mine at Micro Center in the "super nerd virgin" section of the store.

Does anyone know where I can find a PRS spur adapter? Or if some other company is.

Also what spur is ideal for 13.5 foam tire? I believe a 40mm rollout is what I want. I just need to know what gear I need to start with.

This is where you get the spur gear adaptor.

Not sure in mm as I do everything in inches but for 13.5 foams you can use the 118 but you can only go up to about 54 teeth on the pinion. If you get the spur adaptor you can go with the 100 tooth. I use the 100 with a 51-54 pinion range. That seems high but I run the LRP motor which you gear higher than Novaks.

If you're running a Novak 17.5 you need to be somewhere between 52-54 depending on your tire size. If you're running a Novak 13.5, then you can run the Losi 118 spur and run 48-50.

Default ONE WAY

I'm running rubber tire / carpet - iassume the ONE WAY is the way to go.....

Anyone experience any negative side effects with regards to broken spures or other parts when using the ONE WAY?

Thanks!

yeah, I had a oneway completely lock up on me. I believe it's done. You can't do anything to unlock it. I believe at that point you just have to get a new one. When you get it you wanna lube it right away. I forgot to do this and may have cost myself a nice chunck of change.
