I'm thinking about getting a d07. How does the car drive and how is the durability and parts availability? I'm running Durango's now and they drive awesome but the durability is not the greatest

At my club we run 12 cars to a heat so it can get rough. I did brake a c hub last friday but i got drilled with the wheel fully turned and sticking out. It seems as strong as my D06 which was pretty good. It drives aesome way better then my D06 and my xray T4. I think they have a winner with the D07.

-All suspension plastics are a more rigid material
-New geometry rear hub carriers
-New chassis plate
-New topdeck
-New 3 screw suspension mounts
-New steering rack with revised geometry
-New Upper bulkheads with slightly different camber link locations.
-New center layshaft design
-New swaybar mounting design, with shorter swaybars to accommodate the new mounts.
That's the list that I can think of. Ryan might be able to chime in on other differences if I missed any.

Had my first day at the track today with the D07, really happy with the car! It has TONS of corner speed, very rewarding when driven smooth Looking forward to developing my setup even further. Anyone on the fence about getting this car, cant give it enough praise

hello,
i´m reading here since many years and now it´s time for my first post
i am driving my d06 since august 2013 ( think i was one of the first here in austria ) and love it.
i had to ugrade my d06 with the flex main chassis and upper deck because the grip at our tracks isn´t very high and from this moment on the car was perfekt and i could win many races.
now i wanna buy the d07 and have one question:
has anyone mentioned that there are 3 different chassis types for the d07?
what is the "agressive package " chassis, does anyone know or maybe ryan or korey can explain please?
and sorry for my bad english...

only saw it in the setup sheets on petitrc
there are 3 different chassis: aluminium, the original 2,5mm cfk and the agressive package...
i haven't seen it on the vbc homepage or anywhere else, so i hope ryan or korey can tell us.

thx korey!
so i once again need the flex chassis to be competitive....
one thing i don't like is the fact that the d07-parts are really expensive compared to the d06
chassis for example 90€ vs. 60€

I'd really only consider the thin chassis for REALLY low grip conditions. The kit chassis components are actually very good!
