Any advice on how to eliminate the wobble would be most appreciated. TIA
I don't see it from the video.

Does the issue follow the outdrives or output shaft?
Have u swapped the outdrives left/right?
Did you inspect the parts when unassembled?

Same here, but tried a little reactive caster in the front -I added 1/2 degree of camber to all 4 corners, and didn't change anything from my carpet setup. Going to try the same suspension setup using the Raceberry hard chassis this coming weekend.

What's the general opinion of when to run a cut top deck(non evo)? Asphalt? Low-med bite? Tried one yesterday when testing some things and felt easier to drive but no timing loop so not sure if faster.
Also for GD1, are still some running 2 metal/2 plastic middle gears or just all plastic? What part# is correct for metal gears on GD1?

Metal gears for GD1:

Outdrive Gears - G05ST 20T Steel Gear x 2
Spider Gears - G06ST 10T Steel Gear x 4

Since switching to metal diff gears, I only use 2 spider gears. If I were driving the car in mod, I'd probably rebuild the diff to use all 4 spiders...

Pretty much all the time on asphalt you will want to run a t cut topdeck. Only if the grip was super mega high would I think about changing back, but I think there's only a handful of tracks in the world that would qualify

For the cut deck are you just cutting out the obvious spots or splitting the whole deck? I went back to Oleg's pic but its not longer available on rctech, anyone have updated pic?

Cut all the way through...even the solid part towards the front.

Thanks all for your response. I have re-checked the inner ball bearing and also the o-ring. There's a fair amount of leak at the moment from that outdrive, so it could be the o-ring. I will have it swapped and hope for an improvement.

PS Mike - I have received the items I ordered. Thanks for your prompt delivery. Cheers

So I got my first evo and have read that it needs a special kind of tape for part of it. Neither of them I can get here I Canada and nor would I at the price so what can be used? For the money this cost I'm less then impressed

Colin - most of us are running scotch tape...
Once you get past the small things -- like no wheel nuts -- you'll be impressed
