Should have some info from Xray very soon. Probably sometime next week, or earlier if we are lucky. I know they are working on it.

Hint: Exacto knife. Or just upgrade to the steel balls.

That pod fixes the things I don't like about mine.

Side question: Will XRAY be offering an aluminum chassis? I seem to remember seeing a picture floating around somewhere...

I switched to flanged Kyosho screws that use a 2.5mm driver and that was the end of my motor moving problem. ( I probably also hit less stuff as I drove the car more.) That said, I am excited to see they added a 3rd screw. Looking forward to getting one when the funds allow. Maybe January...

The order numbers are 371108 and 371254 for the pod.
I'll post a couple photos after I build it. which is next were hopefully.

I had several meetings ruined with motors moving and then found out there was a replacement part that solved the issue (3.2mm slots on the old bulkhead replaced with 3mm slots) I got one and used it with several crashes (including a vicious take out on the first lap of the final that broke my rollover mast) the motor moved the tiniest amount if at all.
The thing I really dislike is the alu brace, I find the diff side nut undoes and it is a pain having to take the axle out to fix it at a club meeting where I already don't have enough time between heats.
